We hold only one event per day.

The location fee for The Gathering Space includes:

A gorgeous memorable setting inside and out

Guidance before and during your special day

help with great ideas in meeting budgets and dreams

Round tables for your guests

( seating 7-9 & 10-12 whichever you need )

White wood chairs for dining

Deck with adirondack chairs and small tables

Patio heaters to extend the use of the deck in cooler weather

Most importantly privacy and a leisurely 6 hours of your choice so

you and your guests are never rushed.

For weddings during 2007 -2008 the location fee is

$ 20.00 per person

Because we only hold one event per day there is a

guarantee of

$ 2,000 on Fridays

$2,500 on Saturdays

$1,600 on Sundays

our maximum comfortable capacity is 150 guests and the most intimate is 40

(we find that if your guest list is 175 and under we have no more than 150 attending )

† plus 15% service fee

If on a limited budget -please be sure to ask what dates may have special pricing

booking in less than 12 weeks there may be up to a 25% discount depending on

# of guests and availability

the last thing you or your guests remember is the day of the week

Thursday weddings are a great cost savings ( up to 50%)

*Deposit to secure the date is $500.00

this is nonrefundable - should a cancellation take place less than 20 weeks

the location fee is due in full

Ceremony on location

$350.00 † ceremony fee includes:

A room available two hours before ceremony time for the

Bride and attendants to dress and for pre-photos

white arbor - benches for guests - front row of chairs for immediate family

Possible Extras Needed

** Cocktail Tent to keep bar outside $275.00

** Pickup and delivery fees $45.00

( we automatically wrap the tent with little lights when up )

Rental equipment is plus 8% sales tax
