Because we host just one function per day,

we have a minimum location fee -

 

May thru October

 

the price^§ for the location

is the greater of:

 

$20^§ per person

or

Friday guarantee $2,000^§

Saturday guarantee $2,500^§

Sunday guarantee $1,600^§

based on 6 hour events

and

November thru April

reduced minimum location fee

Friday $1,600^§

Saturday $2,000^§

Sunday $1,000^§

(5 hour events Friday and Sunday )

depending on the day,

there may be other options

Holiday Sundays are treated as a Saturday

 

Thursday Weddings and Holiday Mondays

 

to help get the wedding of your dreams in the budget you want - consider other days of the week - we have not found a greater number of yes responses or no responses based on the day of the week. We are hosting more and more weddings on Monday through Thursday.

 

This saves about 25% on the entire event

location guarantee $1250 plus 15%

per person $15 plus 15%

Ceremonies on Site

May thru October

Ceremony on site $500 plus 15%

November thru April $350 plus 15%

Monday - Thursdays year round $250 plus 15%

 

When ceremonies are on site - Bridal party members and parents are welcome to arrive 2 hours before for dressing in our Historic Inn pre-photos with your bridal party and relaxing.

 

We take care of all outdoor seating with our benches and front row of chairs for parents and grandparents

We can relocate to inside the Gathering Space in front of the fireplace in as little as 15 minutes - we can also move back outside if it rained in the morning and then the sun came out - if we have to - we set up in both locations and wait for you to call it (safety of guests takes presidence)

 

We are there for rehearsals and day of coordination so you and your family can just relax.
