​Hosting just one event per day allows you to truly relax and have time to enjoy family and friends. We do not want anyone to feel as if they are being rushed through.
Our Gathering Space is a year-round building offering in-floor radiant heat, air- conditioning, ceiling fans, and special needs accommodations. We offer a unique "refined-barn setting " with all the modern conveniences, to be sure everyone is comfortable, regardless of the weather or the season.
Whether you want your ceremony by the stream or in front of our fireplace - We can change to either location in a 10-minute window eliminating the stress of Northeast Weather.

Love the Barn vision but worried about the weather? The Appel Inn Gathering Space allows you to fulfill your rustic vision while offering air conditioning, heat, and covered spaces should mother nature decide to not cooperate. This includes indoor bathrooms so your stuck waiting in line in the rain to us e a bathroom trailer.

Outdoor Ceremony Site
​
Under a clear top tent adorned with vintage church pews (seats up to 150) allowing for a beautiful outside ceremony in rain or shine allowing for a natural, breathtaking setting.

Furnishings
We have 10ft white-washed farm tables, round tables, square tables, and lime-washed X-back chairs for use in the Gathering Space for up to 150 guests. Vintage church pews sit under the clear top tent for your ceremony, patio heaters for those chilly nights, fire pit, and lighting throughout. Don't hesitate to ask about other miscellaneous tables and furnishings needed for your cake table, guest book, dj and more.

Lawns
​
Curated lawns with plenty of space for lawn games, gatherings and wonderful nooks and crannies for photos and wanderings.
Dressing Suite 1
A beautiful and charming space just for you – Arrive early, bring your mimosa’s and your wedding party – For dressing and relaxing before and after your ceremony. Our She Shed is placed such that you open the french doors to the isle.

Dressing Suite 2

A place for your partner to call their own. A bit more rustic and masculine with its leather sofa and its century-old interior (heated and air-conditioned for comfort). It's the perfect location to gather and a few more photo ops

Privacy
We host just one wedding per day allowing for all the attention to be on you and your guests. You never have to worry about seeing another couple having photos or unwanted guests joining in.
We offer 5-6 hours for your celebration time depending upon the day of the week excluding set up/break down and guest arrival. We begin the celebration time with your ceremony time.
All events must end by midnight (12:30AM New Years Eve)
